Calendar 2.0 is a universal rules based Calendar, that shows a year at a time, US Federal Holidays, US Observance days for any year. It also provides the ability to add special days (Birthdays, anniversaries etc.) based on the rules engine.  You can turn visibility of these days on or off.

See any year from 1940 onwards.  The calendar self adjusts as years go by for more calendar year options.
