Clearing your Browser Cache
Most Internet Problems are solved by occasionally clearing your browser cache, cookies and history.
Internet Explorer for Mac
Select "Preferences" from the Explorer menu
1) Select Cookies under Receiving Files and click on the Cookie Settings List, select all cookies by selecting Select All under Edit and click on Delete button
2) Select Advanced under Web Browser and click on Clear History to delete history and Empty Now to clear the cache.
